Asian Cole Slaw

• 1 head cabbage, shredded
• 1 bunch green onions, sliced
• 1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
• 1 cup sunflower seeds
• 2 packages Ramen noodles, uncooked (from Oriental flavor soup mix)

Dressing:

• 1/2 cup canola oil
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup rice vinegar
• 2 seasoning packets from Oriental soup mix

1. Mix noodles and nuts and seeds in a bag and set aside. Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl. When ready to serve, mix noodle mixture with shredded cabbage and onions and then toss with dressing. Serves 10.

     GREAT TO SERVE WITH:

• Sesame Chicken
• Oriental Flank Steak
• Grilled Asian Pork Chops (substitute this for the Asian Slaw in the recipe)
• Asian Ginger Salmon
